Hey. I'm Ryan.

I’m a personal trainer in Pimlico, London and I’ve been coaching people just like you for over 15 years.

Clients range from complete beginners through to pro athletes. My only criteria is that you’re ready to make a change and willing to work hard to achieve your goals. 

I have Crohn’s disease and Spondyloarthritis, a double-whammy of genetic misfortune which makes staying fit and healthy a life-long challenge.

Not a member of a gym? No problem. We’ll train virtually in your home. Always travelling? We can personalise a program to make use of any equipment and free time you have.

With new improved technology, we now have the tools to track a wide range of fitness and health markers from a distance.

All online packages include the following:

Located in Dolphin Square, one of central London’s most iconic residential locations.

Boasting over 1000m² of floorspace, DSQ Gym includes a fully equipped free weight area, a wide range of cardio equipment, a functional and stretching zone, and a swimming pool. There are also spacious rooms for yoga and a variety of group classes, and a dedicated spin studio.

Beyond the gym, a modern spa with a sauna and steam room is available to wind down after a tough training session.

In January 2023 the newly renovated gym will re-open, making DSQ Gym one of London’s premier training facilities. Members will have access to high-performance smart exercise equipment with integrated tracking platforms.

Personal training is available at DSQ Gym to members and non-members. Non-members pay a small surcharge to cover a guest fee for your session. This fee is included in your training package.

This space is shared with Kelsey who coaches women to get strong, lean and confident. If you’d prefer a female trainer you should definitely check out her website.
