We started online coaching many years ago to offer more flexibility for busy individuals who travelled frequently and for those who had changed location but were unable to find the same standard of coaching.
Since then this has developed into a fully remote coaching service available to anyone across the globe.
Back then we were limited with the tools we could use to train remotely. With the huge growth in popularity of online coaching, we now have some pretty neat software to help.
Unfortunately with this popularity there has been an increase in cheap, cookie-cutter programs passed off as personalised coaching.
If that’s what you’re after then our online coaching program probably isn’t for you.
Our online coaching spaces are limited so we can focus more of our attention on getting you the best possible results.

Online Coaching FAQs
We fully personalise all of our programs and this takes time. We restrict our coaching spaces to 20 so we can concentrate on each individual and maximise results.
After you have selected one of the packages above you’ll be directed to complete an online consultation form. The information you provide through this form is all we need to build your personalised program.
We require the same detailed information that we gather before coaching anyone – your training goals, injuries, health issues, pain, current training, previous training experience, nutrition etc. The more detail we receive, the more tailored the program.
As soon as we receive your completed consultation, we aim to have your program ready within 2-3 days.
If your goal is to lose fat or gain muscle then we request some “before” photos prior to starting. We can then compare subsequent photos as you progress through the program. We can advise on how best to take these photos and also provide methods of assessing your own body fat percentage/girth measurements if required.
We also can continuously assess your cardio, strength on major lifts and analyse movement screens by video.
Our software has videos and detailed directions to show how to perform the exercises on your program. If you are in any doubt that you’re doing things right, we encourage you to provide videos of you performing the exercises. We can then provide feedback in your weekly check-ins.
Our software is linked to MyfitnessPal so you can track every thing you eat and we can assess where you can improve. We’ll help you set up nutrition targets at the outset and adjust as you progress.
Typically no. Over many years of coaching we have found meal plans to be pretty ineffective. We want to teach you how to manage your nutrition yourself so you can make informed choices, rather than dictate what passes your lips every meal.
We provide daily calorie targets, macro breakdowns (if necessary), food substitutions, shopping suggestions, cooking recommendations and analyse your compliance through MyfitnessPal
Absolutely! The benefit of online coaching compared to in-person is that you can train whenever and wherever works best for you. We have tailored online programs for night shift workers, busy moms, CEO’s and frequent flyers.
If you have access to the internet then we can coach you online.
We can advise on what equipment you might need if you want to exercise at home. At least a few pairs of dumbbells (or an adjustable pair) would be a good idea.
Joining a local gym or leisure centre, even for a short period of time, would speed up your progress.
Definitely! We have a number of individuals who come in for regular weekly, monthly or even bi-annual personal training sessions. Hybrid training (in-person combined with online) has proven to be hugely effective as we can physically assess your body fat percentage, posture, strength and muscle mass, then tweak your program if necessary.
