From the start of your first session you’ll notice we’re not your average personal trainers.

You’re not just another slot in our diary – we are a pivotal part of your wellbeing and we approach all our sessions focusing on your individual needs and wants.

Our methods

We’re big believers in the old saying “if you’re not assessing you’re guessing”. Until we have completed an in-depth assessment on how you move, you wont be asked to lift anything. Putting a barbell on your back and watching you fold like a deck chair is not a good look for either of us. Your safety is always our biggest priority.

We realise that your time is precious and we want to maximise the investment you’re making in yourself.

We handpick body fat, movement, strength and nutrition assessment methods from world-renowned experts, and combine all this information into a structured, fully personalised training service. We ditch the fitness fluff and trends we know are a waste of time, money and effort.

We get asked this all the time. Regardless of your background, you’ll be asked to train pretty hard. But that’s why you’re here right?

It’s not all sweat and tears though. Training should be tough but fun. We use our sessions to get to know our clients personally because… well… no-one wants to be trained by a robot.
