We realise that your time is precious and we want to maximise the investment you’re making in yourself.
From the start of your first session you’ll notice we’re not your average personal trainers. We’re big believers in the old saying “if you’re not assessing you’re guessing”. Until we have completed an in-depth assessment on how you move, you wont be asked to lift anything. Putting a barbell on your back and watching you fold like a deck chair is not a good look for either of us. Your safety is always our biggest priority.
We handpick body fat, movement, strength and nutrition assessment methods from world-renowned experts, and combine all this information into a structured, fully personalised training service.
